Will my Higher Self speak through my voice?

Yes, in many sessions it does, and the process is similar to conscious channeling. You stay fully aware and in the driver's seat the entire time. During the question and answer segment of a quantum healing session I ask permission to speak directly to your Higher Self or your guides. From there it depends on how you receive information. Some clients hear the answers in their head and relay them to me. For others, the Higher Self speaks directly through their voice. In both cases you remain aware and conversing, simply allowing the spiritual wisdom to flow through your vocal cords. My clients often describe it as listening to themselves say things they did not know they knew.

Can a session help me recover memories of missing time?

Yes. I regularly work with clients who want to explore an unexplained visitation or a missing time experience in hypnosis. Rather than reliving the event in a painful way, you observe it from a safe, detached distance. I guide you back to the moment of the encounter so you can recall the important details, one client heard a telepathic voice say no fear, and release the panic or confusion that has been attached to it. Clients often tell me the missing time finally makes sense and the unease around it settles down. The goal is understanding and emotional closure in the life you are living now.

Is this the same as QHHT developed by Dolores Cannon?

I began studying with Dolores Cannon in 2008 and returned each year for the next four years. As I tell my students, I have taken what I learned and made it my own. This allows me to provide each client with what they need most during their session, rather than following a rigid protocol. The result is a deeply personalized experience that draws on the best of multiple traditions, all conducted online so you can access this work from wherever you are.

Will my daily medication block me from going deep?

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try. If you have any concern about your particular situation, bring it up on the discovery call and we can talk it through together.

Why do I feel like I am not from here?

That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging on Earth is common among spiritually sensitive souls, the people sometimes called Starseeds. In my experience, some of them have lived previous lifetimes on other planets or in other dimensions. One client of mine went to a life where both suns in the sky were blue and the beings had blue skin and long fingers. Under hypnosis you can access those off planet memories, or recognize a past life imprint that was placed to help a newer soul adapt to life here. Either way, the feeling of isolation starts to make sense, and many people find it much easier to settle into their earthly mission once they understand where it comes from.

What past life event created my current block?

A stubborn emotional block, a professional anxiety or a relationship pattern in this life often traces back to what hypnotists call an initial sensitizing event, or to a self protective contract your soul made in a past life. I use a technique called regression to cause. It guides you back to the exact moment that block or belief locked into place. Once you examine and understand the original situation, your subconscious gets to see that the old protection has done its job and can be set down. What tends to happen is that the contract releases, the modern block loosens with it, and clients often tell me they finally feel able to move forward with confidence.
