Both sessions start the same way and the difference is what happens after the past life. In either one I guide you through happy childhood memories, the womb, and one or two past lives to resolve whatever is lingering. A Past Life Regression finishes after the past life review and your self hypnosis training, typically three to three and a half hours, and the price is $330. Quantum Healing Hypnosis keeps going after the past life. We connect directly with your Higher Self or spirit guides and work through the list of personal questions you prepared, which is why it typically runs four to five hours at $470. QHHT is the most popular choice for a first session, and I suggest Past Life Regression mainly for people who are heading toward Life Between Lives.

Karma is the spiritual law of cause and effect, what goes around comes around. In my framework, karmic debts or unresolved patterns come with you from past lifetimes when your soul did not fully take in a key lesson from an experience. During the past life review near the end of a session, you get to look at those difficult cycles with a wider view. When you consciously identify the lesson your soul was meant to learn, forgiveness or self trust for example, the pattern loses its grip. Clients often tell me that once they see the lesson clearly, they stop repeating the same painful loop in this life. That is what clearing karma looks like in practice, understanding rather than punishment.

You do not have to relive a painful memory to heal from it. If a distressing scene comes up under hypnosis, I have you step out of that body right away and watch as an objective observer. It is a lot like watching a movie on a screen. From that safe, detached distance you can pick up the soul lesson the scene is holding and release the energy that was stuck there, without going through the pain again. You stay aware the whole time, you can speak to me at any point, and you are in the driver's seat. Clients often tell me the scene they were most afraid of turned out to be the one that helped them most.

Connecting with your Higher Self is part of the Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, and it is one of the most natural parts of the work, typically from your very first one. To prepare, you write a list of the personal questions that matter most to you. Once you are in a deep hypnotic state, the Theta brainwave frequency, your logical, analytical thoughts step aside. Then I speak directly to your Higher Self and ask it to answer through your voice, or to deliver sudden, clear knowings. Clients often say something like "this just popped in my head," and that is exactly it. What you end up with is an open line of communication and clear spiritual guidance on the questions you brought. In my framework, gratitude is one of the foundations of emotional and physical healing, and gratitude for yourself matters most. During sessions, guides often point out that a client is generous with love and gratitude toward everyone else while holding it back from themselves, and that leaves a person feeling empty and without purpose. When you actively cultivate gratitude for your own soul, your body and the resilience that got you this far, you line up with the frequency of unconditional love. In my experience that shift lets emotional blocks loosen, and clients often tell me their body feels different too, calmer and more at ease. Start with yourself. The rest tends to follow.
