Meditation is generally a practice of quieting the mind and cultivating present-moment awareness. Hypnosis is a guided process with a specific therapeutic or exploratory goal. In a regression session, I use hypnosis to guide you to a particular destination, whether that is a past life, the space between lives, or the root cause of a current challenge.

Many clients are surprised to find that online sessions are just as deep and effective as in-person work. There are actually three reasons for this. First, early in the session I will ask you to close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice. Session length varies by type. A Past Life Regression session typically runs about 3 to 3.5 hours, and I block off 4 hours just in case we need the extra time. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through.
