No prior belief is required. Many clients come in with an open but skeptical mind, and the experience speaks for itself. Whether you view the imagery as literal past life memories, symbolic representations from your subconscious, or simply a deeply creative inner journey, the insights and healing that emerge are real and meaningful. Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. I will always discuss your goals with you during our initial conversation so we can determine what feels right for your unique path.

In all of my sessions, I recommend that you are alone in a quiet space. Having someone else present can sometimes cause you to hold back and not fully express yourself during the session. It is also worth knowing that you will be wearing earphones or headphones throughout, so anyone else in the room would only hear half of the conversation. You will receive a full recording of your session afterward and are completely free to share it with anyone you like.

A Past Life Regression focuses on exploring a specific previous incarnation. A Life Between Lives session goes further. It does include a brief past life experience as a starting point, but the primary focus is on exploring the spirit world, where you have access to the full tapestry of your past lives, your soul group, your spirit guides, and a deeper understanding of your current life purpose. An LBL session is typically longer and works best when you have already experienced a Past Life Regression, as that foundation helps you reach the depth of trance the work requires.

Many clients have found relief from unexplained physical pain, phobias, and deep-seated fears through regression. Often, these challenges have their roots in a past life experience. By visiting that lifetime, understanding the origin of the issue, and releasing the emotional charge associated with it, profound healing can occur in your current life. It is a beautiful process of letting go of what no longer serves you.

Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.
