It looks similar to the rapid eye movement of dreaming sleep, and it is a natural physical indicator that your brain has shifted from the active, conscious Beta state into the deep Theta brainwave frequency. I watch for that flutter as valuable real time feedback. It tells me you have moved past your logical thoughts and entered the level of deep trance where vivid past life memories open up and connecting with your spirit guides becomes easy. So if you notice it happening, let it. My clients often mention the flutter afterward, and I tell them it was the moment I knew we were in exactly the right place.

No, I do not read from a script. There is a term, Scripnosis, for a hypnotherapist reading a generic pre written script word for word to a client. I avoid that approach because a canned script cannot respond to your unique personal issues and what your subconscious needs in the moment. My sessions are interactive and client centered. I listen closely to your words while you are in trance and create custom suggestions in real time based on what you say. That is also how I teach my students to work. The result is a session tailored to you, shaped by your own language and your own experience rather than a page of text written for someone else.
