Schedule QHHT in Lakewood, Colorado

Something usually brings a person to QHHT. It might be emotional, it might be physical, it might be a situation in your life today that does not make sense. Anything that comes up in a past life that is connected to something in your life today is fair game to work with, to deal with. I do a very thorough review to find out more about that lifetime and anything you might be hanging on to.

Sessions are online over Zoom, so where you are in Lakewood, Colorado does not change anything. Your mind is always with you and that is where the change takes place, so what better place to experience the session than right where you are.

3 Step Process to Discover More

What Does a QHHT Session Feel Like?

It feels a lot like those few minutes right before you fall asleep, not fully awake and not asleep either. The difference is that you stay aware the whole time. You hear my voice, you know where you are, and the conversation keeps going the whole time.

This is not sitting back and watching a movie. You are in it, describing what you notice, and people tend to speak softly in the hypnotic state. People are usually surprised at how ordinary and natural it feels.

Is There QHHT Near Me?

If you searched for QHHT near me in Lakewood, here is the honest answer. All of my sessions happen online over Zoom, so near you means your own chair in your own quiet room. For seventeen years I worked with clients in person, and since 2020 the whole practice has been online.

Your mind is always with you and that is where the change takes place, so what better place for the session than the very place where you want to notice the change. Find a day and a time on the schedule that works for you, and we meet on Zoom.

Where Should I Be for My QHHT Session?

It does not really matter where you are, it just needs to be quiet. Most people are at home in Lakewood, in a comfortable chair with somewhere to rest their head back. I do not want you laying down flat, because comfortable and asleep are two different things.

Have headphones or earbuds with a mic, because people speak very softly in the hypnotic state and I need to be able to hear you. And it is best to be alone in the room. If somebody else is there, you might hold back on something that needs to come up. I record the session and you get a copy.

What Training Should a QHHT Practitioner Have?

My position on this has not changed in twenty years. A QHHT practitioner needs a real foundation in hypnosis, not just the method. The hypnotic state is how you reach the memories, and a session rarely goes by the book. A lot of people offering this work learned a method but never learned hypnosis, and when the session goes somewhere unexpected, that is where the difference shows.

I learned hypnosis first, before I studied any of the regression methods, and that foundation is underneath everything I do in a session.

What If It Feels Like I Am Making It Up?

Almost everybody has that feeling at some point, and here is my instruction when it shows up. If it feels like you are making it up, keep making it up and stay with the flow. Analyzing is what pulls you out. The subconscious borrows your imagination to translate what it holds into words, so it is supposed to feel that way at first.

Afterward we look at the experience together, and that is usually where people notice what came along with it, emotion and physical responses that are hard to manufacture on purpose.

I am Mark Johnson. I grew up around this work, my father was doing past life regression back in the 1960s when I was a kid, and I have been doing this work myself for over twenty years, more than 3,000 sessions and counting. Since 2020 everything I do is online, which is how I work with QHHT clients in Lakewood, Colorado and around the world. You can read more about my background on the About Mark page.

While Past Life Regression and Quantum Healing Hypnosis are different, they are similar in some ways. The video below helps Lakewood QHHT clients better understand the similarities and the differences between these two sessions.

I have worked with QHHT clients online and in person. Ever since March 2020, all of my sessions have been online. Many of my Zoom QHHT clients are inspired to leave a Google review after their session. Don't take my word for it, all of my Google Reviews since 2020 are from online sessions.

What Clients Are Saying

Past Life Review

I wasn't sure I believed in past lives - but having trained and practiced in the medical field for two decades, I was certain this was beyond traditional medicine's current scope... I was experiencing symptoms obtained too early in my development to ever address on a therapy couch. Mark Johnson is as masterful as an elite surgeon - I felt comfortable and in control the entire session, as he teased out the source of the issue and initiated healing by reframing. Don't hesitate, the most powerful you can do for yourself is to "KNOW THYSELF."

Super experience! Would highly recommend. The session I had with Mark has profoundly changed my life in so many positive ways. I have been able to release pain in my shoulder that has been there my whole life, improve my diet, sleep better, improve family relationships and given me confidence to move forward in my work.

Past Life Review

The session I had was a PLR session and it was phenomenal! I had a few physical changes in my body during the session and the changes are still noticable and present with my body! Some apin I was having has cleared up and I'm warmer that I had been previously! I gained a lot of insight and plan on scheduling another session soon. Even a skeptic may find themselves surprised. Best of luck!

Frequently Asked Questions

You can, and I generally suggest spacing them out. Doing a Past Life Regression, QHHT and Life Between Lives inside a short window is something I call the Grand Slam, and it is possible. But these are deep sessions with intense emotional and energetic work in them, and in my experience it is best to allow several weeks, or even a quarter, between one and the next. That space gives your mind and body time to process, digest and integrate what came through into your daily life before you go into another deep trance. My clients who leave room between sessions typically find each one lands more fully than it would if they were stacked back to back.

A Past Life Regression focuses on exploring a specific previous incarnation. A Life Between Lives session goes further. It does include a brief past life experience as a starting point, but the primary focus is on exploring the spirit world, where you have access to the full tapestry of your past lives, your soul group, your spirit guides, and a deeper understanding of your current life purpose. An LBL session is typically longer and works best when you have already experienced a Past Life Regression, as that foundation helps you reach the depth of trance the work requires.

Feeling like you are making it up is incredibly common, and it happens because your subconscious uses your creative imagination to translate memories into words. So my instruction is simple. If it feels like you are making it up, keep making it up and go with the flow without stopping to analyze it. Analyzing is what pulls you out. After the session we look at the experience together, objectively. Genuine hypnotic recall carries an emotional depth and physical responses, tears for instance, that the conscious mind cannot easily force or fake. Clients often realize in that debrief that what felt like imagination in the moment came with feelings they had no way to manufacture on purpose.

Yes. Positive talents and abilities from past lives, things like writing, teaching, music or healing, are carried forward in your soul's cellular memory. One client of mine had always been drawn to flying, and on his very first lesson he could handle the plane by instinct, because he had been a pilot in a previous life. When we access those lifetimes in trance, I ask your subconscious mind to bring those positive talents forward with you. What tends to happen is that abilities you have barely touched become easier to learn and to amplify, and clients often find themselves using them in their careers or creative work in ways they had not expected.

If you carry memories of dying as a soldier, you are in familiar territory for me. Clients with spontaneous recall of historic battles often carry residual physical and emotional weight from that death into this life. In hypnosis I use release techniques to separate that battlefield energy from your modern body. Reviewing the event from an observer's perspective helps your subconscious take in that the war is over and that you are safe in your current body today. Many people find the fear and tension they carried eases once that message lands. The memory stays, but its grip loosens.

I cannot answer that specifically for you, because everyone is different, and that lifelong feeling of not fitting in is more common than you might think. It is one of the things people bring to a session as a question. I do not tell you where it comes from ahead of time, and I do not paint a picture during the session either. I ask you what you notice and let your own experience do the explaining. What I will say is that when someone finds the source of that feeling for themselves, the grief tends to lift, and settling into life here gets easier. The discovering is what helps, and it works best when every bit of it is yours.
