Can past life regression help with phobias?

Yes. In my experience, intense phobias that make no sense in this life typically connect to a traumatic final moment in a past one, the initial sensitizing event. Claustrophobia might come from being locked in a tiny medieval cell. A fear of heights often traces back to falling from a high cliff. During the session I establish a hypnotic bridge backward in time to locate that original moment. You observe it from a safe, detached distance instead of reliving it, and that distance is what lets the trapped fear release. Clients often report that a fear they had carried for decades feels much lighter afterward, and many find it no longer runs their choices.

Who is in my soul family?

A soul pod or soul family is a close group of spiritual beings who incarnate together repeatedly, swapping roles as parent, child, friend or rival to help each other grow. Under hypnosis your Higher Self can clarify who your core soul family members are and reveal which of your current companions share these deep, ancient energetic ties. One thing I have noticed in sessions is that parent and child relationships do not always come from the same immediate soul cluster. Children often originate from sister clusters, so a child can be deeply connected to you and still belong to a neighboring group. Many people are surprised to learn which friend or rival has been traveling with them lifetime after lifetime.

Can my spouse sit in on my session?

No, sessions are one on one, so spouses, partners and family members do not sit in or watch, even online. Having a partner in the room creates a real distraction. You may find yourself worrying about their reactions, holding back your true feelings or feeling exposed, and the session belongs to you alone. So I ask that you set up somewhere private where you will be undisturbed. The good news is that Zoom records the entire session automatically, so you receive the audio afterward and can share it with your spouse if you choose. Many clients do exactly that, and it becomes a conversation starter rather than something they had to filter in the moment.

How do I know if I am ready for this work?

What if I struggle to describe what I see?

You do not need to deliver eloquent descriptions for this to go well. There is no right or wrong way to experience trance, and once the analytical mind steps aside, words come more easily than you expect. I keep my questions gentle and open, things like what do you notice and tell me more, and I let your impressions come out at their own pace. It is a collaboration rather than a performance. Quiet and anxious clients typically find they feel comfortable within a few minutes and share their journey just fine, and some of the richest sessions I have facilitated came from people who barely said a word in everyday life.

How can I better access my intuition?

Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. The message is usually getting through just fine. What tends to get in the way is our own analytical doubt, that habit of second guessing what we receive instead of trusting it. So at the end of your session I teach you self hypnosis techniques you can use at home. You learn to settle into a relaxed state, go to a special place we set up during the session, and connect there with your guidance. Many of my clients find that with a little practice they start to communicate and receive clear signs on their own, and they come to recognize the intuitive talents they already had.
