A past life imprint is a detailed spiritual memory of an Earth lifetime that does not actually belong to your own soul's history. In my framework, some people are Starseeds or new souls who have never incarnated on Earth before. Because they lack the human experience needed to adapt to Earth's heavy physical density, their spirit guides may give them an imprint of another soul's life to serve as a supportive baseline, a bit like a starter map for living here. Yes, they can. Ongoing stomach tightness, nausea, reflux or digestive trouble that nothing seems to account for is frequently a carryover from the way a previous life ended. Someone who died of starvation, poisoning or a stab wound to the abdomen can carry that physical memory forward as a kind of phantom trigger, the body bracing against something that is long over. In the session we look at that event under hypnosis and separate the old injury from the body you have now. Clients often tell me the symptoms ease once that separation is made, and many describe their body finally settling down. It is one of the more common things I see in sessions.

Keep your list to one page, a page and a half at most, and group the questions by category such as physical health, relationships and life purpose. The most important thing is how you phrase them. Ask How and What questions rather than Why questions. What do I need to do to improve my career gets a practical, actionable answer from your Higher Self, while why is my career stuck tends to bring back the same theme over and over. When clients pose it to their Higher Self or guides during the question and answer segment, the guidance typically directs them to look back from the end of their physical lifetime and evaluate their soul level progress. Seen from there, the most significant achievements are typically revealed to be your spiritual growth, learning to practice unconditional self love and the deep, loving connections you shared with others. Yes. We review the past life together right after you cross over at the end of that lifetime, and that is where we address anything physical or emotional that is still lingering. Then the session closes with a debriefing talk where you and I go over what you experienced. Because these sessions run long, Zoom records the whole thing automatically and I send you an audio copy afterward. That recording matters more than people expect. Details slip away in the days after a session, and hearing your own voice describe what you saw brings them right back. I recommend listening to it more than once with a notebook beside you so the insights have a chance to settle in.

Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. The message is usually getting through just fine. What tends to get in the way is our own analytical doubt, that habit of second guessing what we receive instead of trusting it.
