Do you review the session with me afterward?

Yes, and the review starts before you even come out of hypnosis. Immediately after you cross over at the end of the past life, I conduct a thorough past life review while you are still in a relaxed state. That is where you identify any physical carryovers, clear old soul vows and process the lessons. After you wake we complete a debriefing talk to go over what was uncovered. I record every session and deliver an audio copy to you. My suggestion is to listen to the recording with a notebook in hand, because there is typically more in it than you remember, and writing it down is how the insights integrate into your life.

What is Spirit Releasement Therapy?

Spirit Releasement Therapy is a safe, structured process for clearing negative energies, earthbound soul attachments or dark entities from your energetic field. When an attachment shows up in a session, I call on powerful spiritual guides and Archangel Michael to escort the energy away, and they handle the clearing rather than me. An earthbound soul is a little different. That is a deceased human who never crossed into the light, often because of fear. In that case I regress the spirit to its own past life, help it resolve what it is afraid of, and guide it into the light where it belongs. Clients typically describe feeling lighter and clearer once the attachment has gone.

Can past life regression explain my nightmares or dream recall?

Yes. Recurring nightmares, restless sleep and even a lifelong inability to remember your dreams are often your subconscious trying to process something unresolved from a past life or a parallel lifetime. One woman I worked with had a persistent nightmare of being shot at close range, and in her session she found it was a memory of a fatal injury from a previous life. Under hypnosis you explore the event from a safe, detached observer's view rather than living through it again. Clients often tell me the nightmares ease once that trapped shock is released, and that their sleep becomes deeper and more peaceful. Many also notice they start remembering their dreams again.

What if past life images flash by too fast?

Those fast flashes are what some of my clients call fleeting images, so I use that term as well, and I can slow them down. Some of my clients are not especially visual, so a past life memory arrives as a quick scene that appears and vanishes, almost like a slide show. When that happens I use specific hypnotic suggestions that ask your subconscious to let the images settle and hold still long enough to look at. I also shift your attention away from your inner vision and toward what you feel in your body and your emotions, because those channels tend to be steadier. What typically happens is the scene stabilizes, and once it holds we can gather rich, detailed information from it just as we would from a vivid picture.

Can my session start at 9 AM?

Yes. My scheduling software is set up to offer 10 AM or later as the standard starting time, but that is a baseline rather than a rule. If you are working around a tight schedule, a job constraint, or kids who need to be picked up in the afternoon, I can easily override it. Here is how to do it. Book the regular 10 AM slot on the calendar, then send me a quick email or text asking to move the start to 9 AM and I will shift it manually on my end. That way your date is held and the earlier start is confirmed with me directly.

What exactly does the Michael Newton Institute require to apply for LBL training?

They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll. My courses are approved to satisfy those prerequisites, and I will be honest with you about where you are on that road whenever you want to talk it through.
