You are safe if the Zoom connection drops, and we have a plan for it before we begin. During the pre talk I establish a simple protocol. If you do not hear my voice for a minute or two, you naturally and gently open your eyes and emerge from hypnosis on your own. Then you redial on Zoom or call me back on the phone and we resume where we left off. On my end I have fiber internet with a backup connection, and I block off an extra hour or two on my schedule so any connection hiccup can be managed without rushing your session. My clients tell me that knowing this ahead of time takes the worry off the table.

Having trouble entering a past life is rare, and I have several backup plans ready if it happens. If you are blocked or struggling to regress, I set the past life work aside and move the session into another hypnosis process such as Parts Therapy or Gestalt Therapy, and those approaches tend to bring up rich material of their own. I can also use alternative entry techniques like travel in your imagination, the infinite pool or the sphere of possibilities to establish a direct connection with your spirit guides or your Higher Self. Either way you still receive a full, deeply healing session. In my experience the session goes where it needs to go, and a different doorway often turns out to be the right one for you.

Yes. A regression session is about more than clearing old trauma. In my experience it is also a good way to bring forward positive talents and gifts. If you played the piano, painted, wrote or did energy healing in a past life, that knowledge is still held in your soul. When we access that lifetime in trance, I can give your subconscious the suggestion to integrate those old abilities into who you are now. Clients often tell me that afterward learning comes more easily and the talent feels familiar rather than new, which can make a real difference in your career or your creative hobbies. If you have always felt you had a gift you could not explain, that is a good thing to bring to your session.

That lifelong feeling of not fitting in is more common than you might think, and it is one of the things people bring to a session as a question. I do not tell you where it comes from ahead of time, and I do not paint a picture during the session either. I ask you what you notice and let your own experience do the explaining. What I will say is that when someone finds the source of that feeling for themselves, the grief tends to lift, and settling into life here gets easier. The discovering is what helps, and it works best when every bit of it is yours.

That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging is something I hear from spiritually sensitive people, and I am careful not to hand you an explanation before your session. I would rather you discover where the feeling comes from than have me paint a picture in advance, because whatever you find needs to be yours. What I can say is that people who bring this feeling to a session tend to find something that makes sense of it, and once they do, the isolation starts to ease. Bring it with you as one of your questions, and we will let your own experience answer it.

The easiest tell is how the message arrives. Your own logical thoughts involve active thinking, weighing and planning, and you can feel yourself doing the work. A message from your spirit guides or Higher Self lands all at once as a sudden clear hunch or a knowing, and my clients describe it the same way again and again, saying something like this just popped into my head. It arrives without effort and feels distinct from thinking. Learning to trust that line of communication without arguing with it is a real milestone in spiritual development. At the end of your session I teach you a self hypnosis anchor so you can settle into the relaxed state where those messages are easiest to recognize and trust on your own.
