Your Higher Self is the part of your own soul that stays in spirit, the non physical side of you, and it holds a broad view of all your lifetimes. Spirit guides are separate beings, more like spiritual friends, ancestors or guardian angels, who arrange circumstances to help you along on Earth. The two cooperate to help you navigate your life. In my sessions, some clients feel a stronger connection to their guides while others find it easier to communicate with their Higher Self, and both are normal. I help you find and strengthen whichever pathway opens most easily for you, and in time many people find they can work with both. That connection happens in the Quantum Healing Hypnosis and Life Between Lives sessions, and it can also include your soul group and loved ones in spirit.

Life Between Lives goes to the deepest level of soul memory, so a Past Life Regression or QHHT session comes first to build the depth to reach it. An LBL session focuses on the spiritual realm itself, what your soul experiences after a death and before the next incarnation, including your soul group and the Council of Elders. Those memories are exceptionally deep and complex. A first session in either Past Life Regression or Quantum Healing Hypnosis trains your mind to go to that hypnotic depth comfortably and to translate subconscious impressions into words, so when you come back for LBL you already know how it feels and the experience can be full and meaningful. Either one qualifies as your first session, and I suggest Past Life Regression mainly for people who know they are heading toward LBL.

Yes, I can incorporate cord cutting directly into a past life session. Whenever you share a close, intimate relationship with someone, an invisible energetic cord forms between your souls. Even after a separation or divorce in your physical life, that cord can remain active, and clients tell me they keep dreaming about the person, feel that person's emotional distress or struggle to move forward. To resolve it I pair cord cutting with Gestalt work. You speak your peace to the person's soul and find forgiveness first, and then we safely sever the energetic tie. In my experience the forgiveness piece matters as much as the cutting, because it releases what kept the cord charged in the first place.

Recurring dreams of combat or fighting are often your subconscious trying to process unhealed past life trauma, or a parallel lifetime, while you sleep. Sometimes that spills over into intense physical sensations or waking up exhausted. In hypnosis we can go into those recurring dream scenes safely, locate their original source, understand what they are trying to tell you and find emotional closure. Once the subconscious has done that work, it tends to let go of the protective loop it has been running at night. Clients who came to me with dreams like this often tell me their sleep became peaceful again. Your dreams are trying to get your attention. A session gives them somewhere to be heard.

Those fast flashes are what some of my clients call fleeting images, so I use that term as well, and I can slow them down. Some of my clients are not especially visual, so a past life memory arrives as a quick scene that appears and vanishes, almost like a slide show. When that happens I use specific hypnotic suggestions that ask your subconscious to let the images settle and hold still long enough to look at. I also shift your attention away from your inner vision and toward what you feel in your body and your emotions, because those channels tend to be steadier. What typically happens is the scene stabilizes, and once it holds we can gather rich, detailed information from it just as we would from a vivid picture.

That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging on Earth is common among spiritually sensitive souls, the people sometimes called Starseeds. In my experience, some of them have lived previous lifetimes on other planets or in other dimensions. One client of mine went to a life where both suns in the sky were blue and the beings had blue skin and long fingers. Under hypnosis you can access those off planet memories, or recognize a past life imprint that was placed to help a newer soul adapt to life here. Either way, the feeling of isolation starts to make sense, and many people find it much easier to settle into their earthly mission once they understand where it comes from.
