Knowing your past lives helps you grow because it shows you where a pattern actually started. Under deep hypnosis you observe significant events and emotional patterns from earlier lifetimes that carried over into this one, and you find what I call the initial seed, the moment it all began. Once you understand how a past situation is still shaping your reactions today, you can resolve it back in its original context rather than wrestling with the symptoms here. What tends to happen is that the heavy energy that was never cleared finally lets go on its own. Clients often tell me that is when they feel free to step into their real potential in the present.

The Council of Elders is a group of highly advanced, loving spiritual beings you meet during a Life Between Lives session. They are not there to judge you. Think of them more as a loving board of trustees who review your past incarnations and your soul's progress with you. During this meeting I bring in the list of questions you prepared, so you can ask the Council directly about your overall life purpose, the lessons you chose, and the agreements you made before choosing your current body and life path. Sessions are private and one on one, so you will be alone in a quiet room for the duration. Here is why. Having another person in the room creates an energetic distraction. Clients unconsciously worry about their partner's reactions, feel vulnerable or hold back their true feelings, and a deep, focused Theta trance needs you fully present with your own experience. I ask for a space free of two legged or four legged distractions. The good news is that the session is recorded, so you can share every bit of it with your spouse or family afterward, and many of my clients do exactly that. They get the full story, and you get the depth that comes from privacy.

Reincarnation is a voluntary choice, and your soul is the one making it. I hear from people who want to be sure they never come back, usually because this physical life has been hard. What I have seen in Life Between Lives sessions is that the decision belongs to your soul rather than to your human personality. Your soul is after growth, and it may get guidance or encouragement from your guides to come back and finish lessons that are still open. So the honest answer is that you do not have to reincarnate, but your soul often chooses to, because it sees something worth coming back for.

The womb regression is an important transition step in your session. While you were developing in your mother's belly, your consciousness was highly sensitive and absorbed whatever she was feeling. If she went through fear, anxiety or panic during that time, you may have carried those emotions into adult life believing they were your own. In trance I guide you to look at the womb environment and notice what was actually going on.
