An analytical, left brain mind, which I see often in engineers and software developers, is no barrier to hypnosis. To quiet that logical chatter I use a simple visual exercise I call the Ball Game. You imagine holding a ball, you toss it up, and you watch it turn into a balloon. That is the whole thing. It sounds almost too simple, but what it does is shift you from trying to analyze what is happening into simply allowing impressions to flow from your subconscious. Once that shift happens, the critical mind steps out of the way and my analytical clients access deep memories and knowings just as easily as anyone else.

Nausea or vomiting during a childhood, womb or past life regression is rare, and when it happens it is a physical release of trapped emotional trauma. One woman I worked with did her online session in her SUV in her driveway and threw up fifteen to twenty times during the session.
