A Past Life Regression typically takes three to three and a half hours and Quantum Healing Hypnosis four to five, but I block off more than that on my calendar, four hours for PLR and six for QHHT, so there is room. If you are in the middle of a breakthrough or a past life review when the typical time is up, I stay with you until the process is safely and fully finished. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try.
