Your Higher Self is the part of your own soul that stays in spirit, the non physical side of you, and it holds a broad view of all your lifetimes. Spirit guides are separate beings, more like spiritual friends, ancestors or guardian angels, who arrange circumstances to help you along on Earth. The two cooperate to help you navigate your life. In my sessions, some clients feel a stronger connection to their guides while others find it easier to communicate with their Higher Self, and both are normal. I help you find and strengthen whichever pathway opens most easily for you, and in time many people find they can work with both.

You need a computer, a solid internet connection, a webcam and a headset. A laptop or desktop is much better than a tablet or phone, and it needs to be plugged directly into power so nothing shuts off in the middle of a four to five hour session. High speed internet keeps the connection steady. Position your webcam so I can see your face and upper torso, because I watch your breathing throughout the session. The most important piece is a headset, headphones or earbuds with a microphone close to your mouth. Your voice gets soft and relaxed in trance, and that close microphone is what lets me hear you clearly and record the session for you.

Yes, this is called a proxy session, and I offer it for younger children and children with special needs where direct hypnosis is not appropriate or practical. In a proxy session I hypnotize a parent, usually the mother, and guide her through childhood, the womb and a past life to build energetic depth. Once she is connected with her Higher Self, I ask permission to connect with the child's Higher Self. The child's Higher Self then speaks directly to me through the parent's voice, offering profound insights, explanations for behaviors and direct healing guidance for the family. Parents often tell me it is the first time they have understood what their child has been trying to communicate.

The hypnotherapy certification. There is no way around it and no shortcut through it. The 220 hour program certified through IACT is the foundation the rest of the path stands on. From there you take past life regression, which is a six day class across two consecutive three day weekends, covering childhood memories, womb regression and past lifetimes, because the Newton Institute expects a regressionist to be fluent in those timelines before LBL training. Spiritual Connection and Communication comes after that. Each step is built to make the next one possible.

I use both dowsing with a pendulum and muscle testing to receive direct, clear yes and no answers from your subconscious mind or your spirit guides. Guides communicate through subtle energetic impulses, and the pendulum and muscle testing act as physical amplifiers of those responses. During an active session they let me quickly double check information, verify the exact identity of the spiritual guides or attachments present, and confirm that an energetic block, a negative contract or an earthbound soul attachment has fully cleared before we move forward. Think of it as a second line on the phone. The answers come through your voice first, and these tools give me a fast, reliable way to check them.

Yes. We review the past life together right after you cross over at the end of that lifetime, and that is where we address anything physical or emotional that is still lingering. Then the session closes with a debriefing talk where you and I go over what you experienced. Because these sessions run long, Zoom records the whole thing automatically and I send you an audio copy afterward. That recording matters more than people expect. Details slip away in the days after a session, and hearing your own voice describe what you saw brings them right back. I recommend listening to it more than once with a notebook beside you so the insights have a chance to settle in.
