You need a computer, a solid internet connection, a webcam and a headset. A laptop or desktop is much better than a tablet or phone, and it needs to be plugged directly into power so nothing shuts off in the middle of a four to five hour session. High speed internet keeps the connection steady. Position your webcam so I can see your face and upper torso, because I watch your breathing throughout the session. The most important piece is a headset, headphones or earbuds with a microphone close to your mouth. Your voice gets soft and relaxed in trance, and that close microphone is what lets me hear you clearly and record the session for you.

Your soul is a large, advanced energy field, and the human body can only hold a small part of that intensity. So when you are in the womb, typically somewhere between three and six months of pregnancy, only a small percentage of your soul's energy connects with the developing body to form your human personality. The rest stays in the non physical realm as your Higher Self, watching over you with a broad, protective perspective for your whole lifetime. That is why, in my framework, you can reach your Higher Self so readily in hypnosis. It is the larger part of you, and it has been there all along, before the body and beyond it.

You can, and I generally suggest spacing them out. Doing a Past Life Regression, QHHT and Life Between Lives inside a short window is something I call the Grand Slam, and it is possible. But these are deep sessions with intense emotional and energetic work in them, and in my experience it is best to allow several weeks, or even a quarter, between one and the next. That space gives your mind and body time to process, digest and integrate what came through into your daily life before you go into another deep trance. My clients who leave room between sessions typically find each one lands more fully than it would if they were stacked back to back.

Soul agreements, sometimes called soul contracts, are plans your soul made in the spirit world before you were born. Some of them are positive collaborations, and some are challenging arrangements you agreed to for a reason. One example I see often is a soul recruiting a close friend from its own soul group to play a difficult role in this life, maybe acting mean or standing in as an antagonist, specifically so you can learn something vital like forgiveness. During the past life review in your session I help you spot these agreements, and in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your higher self about them directly. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.

I feel that I connect with my own guides, as well as others in spirit, during sessions, and one way I do that is through my pendulum and sometimes muscle testing. I cannot say for sure where the answers come from. It may be my guides, your guides, the Masters of Light I have written about on the blog, or another guide who is a guide to one of your guides, but there is a connection, and the answers come. During an active session they let me quickly double check information, verify the exact identity of the spiritual guides or attachments present, and confirm that an energetic block, a negative contract or an earthbound soul attachment has fully cleared before we move forward. Think of it as a second line on the phone. The answers come through your voice first, and these tools give me a fast, reliable way to check them.

Your Higher Self and your guides are deeply committed to your soul's development, and that means they will not cheat on your soul's test. If giving you a direct answer to a question on your list in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session would interfere with a lesson you are meant to figure out on your own, they hold back. Revealing your exact future or solving a hard lesson for you would rob you of the growth you came here for. When this happens in a session I pivot. I ask what steps you can take to learn the lesson yourself, and the guides typically offer helpful breadcrumbs while preserving your growth. My clients often find that the reframed question brings a richer answer than the original one would have.
