Can I bring past life talents into this life?

Yes. A regression session is about more than clearing old trauma. In my experience it is also a good way to bring forward positive talents and gifts. If you played the piano, painted, wrote or did energy healing in a past life, that knowledge is still held in your soul. When we access that lifetime in trance, I can give your subconscious the suggestion to integrate those old abilities into who you are now. Clients often tell me that afterward learning comes more easily and the talent feels familiar rather than new, which can make a real difference in your career or your creative hobbies. If you have always felt you had a gift you could not explain, that is a good thing to bring to your session.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, a payment plan can be arranged. You do not have to pay the whole session fee up front. You can hold your date with a 100 deposit and pay the remaining balance before your session begins. If you would like to spread the cost out further, there are options that let you split the fee into installments over several weeks. The discovery call is the easiest place to talk through which arrangement fits you, and I am glad to walk you through it there.

What if I only see black during hypnosis?

You can still have a full, rich session seeing only black or grey, because you do not need to see anything like a movie. Some of my clients see vivid pictures. Many more experience the past life through impressions, feelings, sounds, or a deep sense of knowing, which is especially common for regular meditators. If you hit a wall where everything is dark, I have ways around it. One of the simplest is asking you to tell me what shoes are on your feet, even if you have to make it up. What typically happens is that the small detail opens the door and the memories start flowing on their own.

Can I hear from deceased loved ones in a session?

Yes. Once a loved one crosses over, their consciousness stays fully awake and aware of your life, and in my experience they can hear your thoughts. Many of them stay close and step into the role of a spirit guide. During the question and answer portion of a quantum healing hypnosis session, a spouse, parent or family member who has passed can come forward. They may offer comfort, specific signs to watch for, or direct messages that arrive through your own voice or as an inner knowing. Clients often describe this part of the session as deeply healing, and for many it brings a sense of closure they had been missing.

Why has so much bad happened in my life?

Asking why all the bad happened tends to keep you stuck in a victim pattern, so I invite my clients to ask a different question. Challenges and obstacles are chosen on a soul level before birth to serve as major catalysts for spiritual growth and to teach specific lessons. Rephrase your inquiry into a how or a what question. What do I need to do to move forward? How can I grow from this? Those questions open doors. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, connecting with your Higher Self reveals the pre birth plan behind these struggles, and that gives you the clarity and direction to navigate your path with grace. Many people leave a session understanding their purpose going forward for the first time.

What should I expect after a session?

After a session, you may feel deeply relaxed, peaceful, and perhaps a bit tired. It is common to experience a shift in perspective and a greater sense of clarity about your life. The insights gained during the regression often continue to unfold over the following days and weeks.
