How do I prepare for a Past Life Regression session?

The most important preparation is setting a clear intention. Take some time before your session to reflect on what you are hoping to explore or understand. You will receive a full recording of your session afterward and are completely free to share it with anyone you like.

My role is simply to guide you into that relaxed state.
