In all of my sessions, I recommend that you are alone in a quiet space. Having someone else present can sometimes cause you to hold back and not fully express yourself during the session. It is also worth knowing that you will be wearing earphones or headphones throughout, so anyone else in the room would only hear half of the conversation. You will receive a full recording of your session afterward and are completely free to share it with anyone you like.

No prior belief is required. Many clients come in with an open but skeptical mind, and the experience speaks for itself. Whether you view the imagery as literal past life memories, symbolic representations from your subconscious, or simply a deeply creative inner journey, the insights and healing that emerge are real and meaningful. First, early in the session I will ask you to close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice. They occur in your mind, and your mind is always with you. Third, and perhaps most interesting, the changes you are seeking are part of your everyday life. When we work together online, you are making those changes in the very environment where you want to notice them, in the comfort of your own home.
