Yes, in many sessions it does, and the process is similar to conscious channeling. You stay fully aware and in the driver's seat the entire time. During the question and answer segment of a quantum healing hypnosis session I ask permission to speak directly to your Higher Self or your guides. From there it depends on how you receive information. Some clients hear the answers in their head and relay them to me. For others, the Higher Self speaks directly through their voice. In both cases you remain aware and conversing, simply allowing the spiritual wisdom to flow through your vocal cords. My clients often describe it as listening to themselves say things they did not know they knew.

No, belief is not a requirement. You can come in seeing reincarnation as real, or seeing the whole thing as symbolic metaphor and stories your own mind creates, and the session still delivers insight either way. Your subconscious uses those narratives to bring up deep emotional understanding and loosen long standing blocks. What matters is an open mind and a willingness to let the impressions flow, whatever form they take. Skeptics are welcome. Curiosity is plenty to start with, and in my experience the people who arrive unsure are often surprised by how much comes through once they relax and let it happen.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try. Yes. We review the past life together right after you cross over at the end of that lifetime, and that is where we address anything physical or emotional that is still lingering. Then the session closes with a debriefing talk where you and I go over what you experienced. Because these sessions run long, Zoom records the whole thing automatically and I send you an audio copy afterward. That recording matters more than people expect. Details slip away in the days after a session, and hearing your own voice describe what you saw brings them right back.
