What if I see something upsetting during the session?

It is natural to wonder about this. While some past life memories can involve challenging themes, you always experience them from a place of safety and perspective. You are the observer as well as the participant. I am with you throughout the entire session, and we can always adjust the experience if something feels overwhelming. I began studying with Dolores Cannon in 2008 and returned each year for the next four years. As I tell my students, I have taken what I learned and made it my own. This allows me to provide each client with what they need most during their session, rather than following a rigid protocol. The result is a deeply personalized experience that draws on the best of multiple traditions, all conducted online so you can access this work from wherever you are.

How long does a session take?

Session length varies by type. A Past Life Regression session typically runs about 3 to 3.5 hours, and I block off 4 hours just in case we need the extra time. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through. I recommend keeping your schedule clear for the rest of the day so you can ease back in gently.

How do I prepare for a Past Life Regression session?

The most important preparation is setting a clear intention. Take some time before your session to reflect on what you are hoping to explore or understand. Get a good night's sleep, avoid alcohol or heavy meals beforehand, and find a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed.
