You need a computer, a solid internet connection, a webcam and a headset. A laptop or desktop is much better than a tablet or phone, and it needs to be plugged directly into power so nothing shuts off in the middle of a four to five hour session. High speed internet keeps the connection steady. Position your webcam so I can see your face and upper torso, because I watch your breathing throughout the session. The most important piece is a headset, headphones or earbuds with a microphone close to your mouth. Your voice gets soft and relaxed in trance, and that close microphone is what lets me hear you clearly and record the session for you.

It also explains a lot of the unexplainable attractions people bring to me, that pull toward a specific culture, a style of jewelry, ancient pottery or a particular historical era. My clients often find the life they visit lines up with something they have loved for no reason they could name.

Regression to Cause is a foundational hypnotherapy technique for finding the very first sensitizing event behind a current block, fear or unwanted habit, and it does not have to be a past life. Very often the root sits in childhood, in the womb, or earlier in adult life. Rather than steering you toward a past life explanation, the process builds a bridge backward in time and follows the feeling to wherever it actually began. Once we are standing at the origin, we can do the work of resolving it there. In my experience, finding the true source is what makes the release hold, because you are addressing the event itself rather than the symptoms it left behind.

A stubborn emotional block, a professional anxiety or a relationship pattern in this life often traces back to what hypnotists call an initial sensitizing event, or to a self protective contract your soul made in a past life. I use a technique called regression to cause. It guides you back to the exact moment that block or belief locked into place. Once you examine and understand the original situation, your subconscious gets to see that the old protection has done its job and can be set down. What tends to happen is that the contract releases, the modern block loosens with it, and clients often tell me they finally feel able to move forward with confidence.

The easiest tell is how the message arrives. Your own logical thoughts involve active thinking, weighing and planning, and you can feel yourself doing the work. A message from your spirit guides or Higher Self lands all at once as a sudden clear hunch or a knowing, and my clients describe it the same way again and again, saying something like this just popped into my head. Soul agreements, sometimes called soul contracts, are plans your soul made in the spirit world before you were born. Some of them are positive collaborations, and some are challenging arrangements you agreed to for a reason. One example I see often is a soul recruiting a close friend from its own soul group to play a difficult role in this life, maybe acting mean or standing in as an antagonist, specifically so you can learn something vital like forgiveness. During the past life review in your session I help you spot these agreements, and in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your higher self about them directly. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.
