I did a Past Life Regression with Mark. I purposely waited a few weeks to allow the good things that happened in my session to integrate and others to come forward. I became a Christian at an early age, so reincarnation was not part of my life. Through my awakening, I knew that a PLR was something that I needed to break free and continue my spiritual journey. I always had a fear of water and never chose to swim. I avoided water or stayed in the very shallow end. Seeing movies or pictures of a person submerged was frightening so I would avoid that as well. During my PLR, Mark helped me to go back in my past life where I had drowned. It was not the only time that I had drown in a past life, but it was the first instance. Mark helped me walk through processing the whole event from the past life and into my current life. I have had such a remarkable change in the underlying element of fear that had always been close to the surface. Mark is a pleasure to work with. From my first communication, he responded promptly, provided clear instructions and exercises to prepare for the session. He made time to get a sense of who I was and the results I desired from the online hypnosis session. One can observe him drawing on deep knowledge of hypnosis, general wellness information, and a sensitivity to the individual throughout the whole experience. He followed the session up with thoughtful/helpful emails and provided access to a recording of our session. As a fellow therapist and teacher I am impressed by Mark's ability to create a session, listen and hold the space and guide with patience and innovation.. His voice is wonderful, his creative and individual induction and guidance throughout the session and after were impressive and have taught me about other ways of being a wonderful therapist. His ability and patience to listen and help formulate a focus and understanding of what I was looking for. Sometimes we need the patience of a great therapist to arrive to a clarity for often when we are feeling challenged by life we may not have such a clear awareness. For us to learn what we are seeking, understand what we need and receive from a session a clear sense of what our next steps can be is a great gift. Thank you so Much Mark for the session yesterday. It was very powerful. I loved putting the filter in the cord between me and my mother while in the womb!!! The clearing you did was strongly felt by me then and now. This morning I am very aware of the removal of my block!!!!! Hightly recommend you!
