Can past lives explain my stomach or digestive issues?

Yes, they can. Ongoing stomach tightness, nausea, reflux or digestive trouble that nothing seems to account for is frequently a carryover from the way a previous life ended. Someone who died of starvation, poisoning or a stab wound to the abdomen can carry that physical memory forward as a kind of phantom trigger, the body bracing against something that is long over. In the session we look at that event under hypnosis and separate the old injury from the body you have now. Clients often tell me the symptoms ease once that separation is made, and many describe their body finally settling down. It is one of the more common things I see in sessions.

Why do some people feel nauseous during a session?

Nausea or vomiting during a childhood, womb or past life regression is rare, and when it happens it is a physical release of trapped emotional trauma. One woman I worked with did her online session in her SUV in her driveway and threw up fifteen to twenty times during the session. She insisted on continuing, so I helped her move safely through the memories. Her body was purging a deep past life trauma of being physically restrained, and by the end she described feeling relieved and lighter. If your body responds strongly in a session, it is doing what it needs to do, and you are in the driver's seat the whole way. We can pause any time you want.

Can I see my future lives in a session?

Yes, it is possible to move forward in time and look at future lives, though I typically keep the session focused on past life healing. Your future is shaped by the choices you make in the present, so any future scene you see is a probable future rather than a fixed destiny. There is a technique some therapists use where a client with a self destructive habit, drinking for example, is shown a future life built on continuing the habit and then one built on breaking it. Seeing the two side by side can be a strong motivator for change today. If exploring what lies ahead matters to you, mention it on the discovery call and we can talk about whether it fits your session.

Why won't my Higher Self answer some questions?

Your Higher Self and your guides are deeply committed to your soul's development, and that means they will not cheat on your soul's test. If giving you a direct answer to a question on your list would interfere with a lesson you are meant to figure out on your own, they hold back. Revealing your exact future or solving a hard lesson for you would rob you of the growth you came here for. When this happens in a session I pivot. I ask what steps you can take to learn the lesson yourself, and the guides typically offer helpful breadcrumbs while preserving your growth. My clients often find that the reframed question brings a richer answer than the original one would have.

Is my future already set in stone?

No, your future is not set in stone. In my framework, you take part in a planning process before you are born. Your soul chooses your parents, your body and the main lessons you came here to learn, things like compassion or patience. What I have seen in sessions, though, is that this plan is a high level outline of major milestones rather than a minute by minute script. Once you are here, you have full free will. When you reach a crossroads in life, your choices decide which way you go, so what lies ahead is a set of probable outcomes rather than one fixed destiny. The plan gives you the big picture. How you walk it is up to you.

What should I expect after a session?

After a session, you may feel deeply relaxed, peaceful, and perhaps a bit tired. It is common to experience a shift in perspective and a greater sense of clarity about your life. The insights gained during the regression often continue to unfold over the following days and weeks. I always recommend taking some quiet time for reflection after our work together, allowing the profound wisdom of your soul to fully integrate.
