Spirit Releasement Therapy is a safe, structured process for clearing negative energies, earthbound soul attachments or dark entities from your energetic field. When an attachment shows up in a session, I call on powerful spiritual guides and Archangel Michael to escort the energy away, and they handle the clearing rather than me. An earthbound soul is a little different. That is a deceased human who never crossed into the light, often because of fear. In that case I regress the spirit to its own past life, help it resolve what it is afraid of, and guide it into the light where it belongs. Clients typically describe feeling lighter and clearer once the attachment has gone.

Emotional constipation is my term for what happens to empaths and highly sensitive people who unconsciously absorb other people's stress, grief or anger and store it in their own bodies. Karma is the spiritual law of cause and effect. Positive actions attract positive circumstances, and when a soul fails to fully understand a key lesson, the unfinished business carries over as a karmic debt. During the past life review at the end of a session you can examine these difficult cycles directly. Once you identify the specific lesson your soul was meant to learn, such as forgiveness or self trust, from a past life contract, you can actively cancel or rewrite that ancient agreement. What tends to happen is that the unhealed karmic debt clears, and my clients often report that the repetitive relationship or personal pattern loses its hold on them afterward.

Reincarnation is a voluntary choice, and your soul is the one making it. I hear from people who want to be sure they never come back, usually because this physical life has been hard. What I have seen in Life Between Lives sessions is that the decision belongs to your soul rather than to your human personality. Your soul is after growth, and it may get guidance or encouragement from your guides to come back and finish lessons that are still open. So the honest answer is that you do not have to reincarnate, but your soul often chooses to, because it sees something worth coming back for.
