What happens if my internet drops during the session?

You are safe if the Zoom connection drops, and we have a plan for it before we begin. During the pre talk I establish a simple protocol. If you do not hear my voice for a minute or two, you naturally and gently open your eyes and emerge from hypnosis on your own. Then you redial on Zoom or call me back on the phone and we resume where we left off. On my end I have fiber internet with a backup connection, and I block off an extra hour or two on my schedule so any connection hiccup can be managed without rushing your session. My clients tell me that knowing this ahead of time takes the worry off the table.

How is Life Between Lives different from Past Life Regression?

A Past Life Regression focuses on exploring a specific previous incarnation. A Life Between Lives session goes further. It does include a brief past life experience as a starting point, but the primary focus is on exploring the spirit world, where you have access to the full tapestry of your past lives, your soul group, your spirit guides, and a deeper understanding of your current life purpose. An LBL session is typically longer and works best when you have already experienced a Past Life Regression, as that foundation helps you reach the depth of trance the work requires.

Do I need to believe in past lives for a session?

No, belief is not a requirement. You can come in seeing reincarnation as real, or seeing the whole thing as symbolic metaphor and stories your own mind creates, and the session still delivers insight either way. Your subconscious uses those narratives to bring up deep emotional understanding and loosen long standing blocks. What matters is an open mind and a willingness to let the impressions flow, whatever form they take. Skeptics are welcome. LBL is the pinnacle of spiritual regression, and a Past Life Regression or QHHT session comes first. When I check a client's readiness for LBL with my pendulum or muscle testing, my guides often suggest waiting two to three months after that first session. The gap gives you time to process and integrate what came up in the past life work, builds up what I call your hypnotic muscle memory, and leaves you energetically prepared to enter the spirit realm comfortably. In my experience that patience pays off in the depth of the LBL session itself.

What should I expect after a session?

After a session, you may feel deeply relaxed, peaceful, and perhaps a bit tired. It is common to experience a shift in perspective and a greater sense of clarity about your life. The insights gained during the regression often continue to unfold over the following days and weeks. I always recommend taking some quiet time for reflection after our work together, allowing the profound wisdom of your soul to fully integrate.

What happens in the womb part of the session?

The womb regression is an important transition step in your session. While you were developing in your mother's belly, your consciousness was highly sensitive and absorbed whatever she was feeling. If she went through fear, anxiety or panic during that time, you may have carried those emotions into adult life believing they were your own. In trance I guide you to look at the womb environment and notice what was actually going on.
