No, they are two different things. Theta Healing is a specific trademarked modality. The Theta state is the natural, deep brainwave frequency of hypnosis, where the critical analytical mind rests while the subconscious stays wide awake. That deep Theta trance is where past lives are accessed, and it is where you see the fluttering eyelids that tell me a client is there. I work in this Theta state so we can move past your logical thoughts and open direct communication with your Higher Self or spirit guides. From that place clients receive body scans, emotional clearing and answers to their life questions. So when people ask me about Theta healing, what I do is quantum healing work carried out in the Theta state.
