Past Life Regression is a gentle, therapeutic process that uses hypnosis to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. In this state, you can access memories and experiences from previous lifetimes. This is not about simply watching a movie of the past. It is an interactive journey where you can uncover the root causes of current challenges, release old patterns, and gain a deeper understanding of your soul's path. We choose to incarnate on Earth specifically to experience physical density, navigate relational challenges and master vital spiritual lessons like patience, courage or forgiveness. I describe Earth to my clients as a challenging, fast paced school for soul level growth. Your human mind may feel overwhelmed by physical limitations or life struggles, and at the same time your soul intentionally selected this era, this body and this family to resolve unfinished lessons from past lives. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session helps you step out of linear time and connect directly with that original pre birth plan. Many people tell me that seeing the plan changes how they feel about the struggle, because it turns out they signed up for it on purpose.

Like all of my sessions, a Life Between Lives session begins with a visit to several happy childhood memories, followed by some time exploring the womb experience before birth. From there, we continue into a brief past life to deepen your trance state. Once that foundation is established, I guide you through the death transition of that lifetime and into the spiritual realm between lives. In this space, you may encounter your spirit guides, your soul group, and a council of wise beings who can offer profound guidance about your current life purpose and soul contracts. The session is recorded so you can revisit it many times.

From there you take past life regression, which is a six day class across two consecutive three day weekends, covering childhood memories, womb regression and past lifetimes, because the Newton Institute expects a regressionist to be fluent in those timelines before LBL training. Spiritual Connection and Communication comes after that. Each step is built to make the next one possible.

That instant, unexplainable familiarity with someone is often a sign that your souls have shared many past lives. Souls travel and incarnate together in groups, working on shared lessons over many lifetimes and trading roles as spouses, siblings, parents and close friends. Before your session you fill out a cast of characters list with the important people in your life. As past life scenes come up, I cross reference that list, and clients are frequently surprised to recognize a current spouse or friend in a very different role. Seeing the original agreements and karmic bonds behind the connection tends to bring clarity, and many people come away understanding why this particular relationship feels so deep.

In my experience your intuition is still there. Your inner voice is simply being drowned out, usually by a very active analytical mind or by unresolved childhood trauma that planted self doubt. In a quantum healing hypnosis session we trace the specific early events or past life contracts behind that block and clear them. I also teach my clients self hypnosis techniques to quiet the logical mind, because a quieter mind is where intuition gets heard. Many people find that once the noise settles, communication with their Higher Self and spirit guides comes back steadily, and they can hear their intuition again and trust what it tells them.
