A past life contract, vow or promise is an absolute decision your soul makes during a difficult lifetime, often using powerful words like always or never. If you do not specify for the rest of this life when you make the vow, the promise bridges across lifetimes on a soul level. For example, a soul devastated by losing a partner might vow, I will never get close to anyone ever again. That contract carries over, and you may find yourself unconsciously sabotaging relationships in your current life without knowing why. During the past life review at the end of a session we identify the contract, look at it with fresh eyes and cancel it. My clients often recognize the vow the moment they hear themselves say it.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis is a deep hypnosis technique that guides you to a very profound level of trance. In this state, you can access past life memories and connect with a higher aspect of yourself. Some people connect most strongly with their Higher Self, others with a spirit guide, and some with a group or collective that is there to support them on their journey. Whatever form that connection takes, this part of you holds incredible wisdom and can provide direct answers to your most pressing life questions, as well as facilitate deep healing.

In my framework, long standing physical discomfort in your current body is often tied to unhealed past life trauma or intense unresolved emotion. Specific emotions tend to settle in specific organs, and fear in particular is associated with the kidneys. In deep hypnotic trance we use regression to cause, which means going back to the initial sensitizing event that triggered the fear in the first place. Processing and releasing that old emotion from a safe distance lets the energy held in that area of the body clear. Clients often tell me they feel a physical lightness afterward that matches the emotional relief. The body has been carrying what the soul went through, and this work gives it permission to let go.

Soul agreements, sometimes called soul contracts, are plans your soul made in the spirit world before you were born. Some of them are positive collaborations, and some are challenging arrangements you agreed to for a reason. One example I see often is a soul recruiting a close friend from its own soul group to play a difficult role in this life, maybe acting mean or standing in as an antagonist, specifically so you can learn something vital like forgiveness. During the past life review in your session I help you spot these agreements, and in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your higher self about them directly. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.

In my experience your intuition is still there. Your inner voice is simply being drowned out, usually by a very active analytical mind or by unresolved childhood trauma that planted self doubt. In a quantum healing hypnosis session we trace the specific early events or past life contracts behind that block and clear them. I also teach my clients self hypnosis techniques to quiet the logical mind, because a quieter mind is where intuition gets heard. Many people find that once the noise settles, communication with their Higher Self and spirit guides comes back steadily, and they can hear their intuition again and trust what it tells them. Weak is rarely the right word. Buried is closer.
