Allow me to introduce myself, I am Mark Johnson. I have been around Hypnosis and Past Life Regression since I was a young child in the 1960's. I had the opportunity to watch my father hypnotize people and take them back to past lives starting around the age of 10. I grew up in Charleston, SC, but now I live in East Texas. Many clients have found relief from unexplained physical pain, phobias, and deep-seated fears through regression. Often, these challenges have their roots in a past life experience. Session length varies by type. A Past Life Regression session typically runs about 3 to 3.5 hours, and I block off 4 hours just in case we need the extra time. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through. I recommend keeping your schedule clear for the rest of the day so you can ease back in gently.
