I have been guiding clients through QHHT since 2008 and have worked with thousands of people around the world, including many from Newport News and across Virginia. In all of my sessions, I recommend that you are alone in a quiet space. Having someone else present can sometimes cause you to hold back and not fully express yourself during the session. It is also worth knowing that you will be wearing earphones or headphones throughout, so anyone else in the room would only hear half of the conversation.
