Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

In this space, you may encounter your spirit guides, your soul group, and a council of wise beings who can offer profound guidance about your current life purpose and soul contracts. The session is recorded so you can revisit it many times.

Many people are surprised when they realize how natural hypnosis feels. It is a state we enter naturally every day, such as when we are daydreaming or just before falling asleep. My role is simply to guide you into that relaxed state. As long as you have a genuine desire to experience the session and are willing to follow my voice, you can be guided into the appropriate level of trance for this deep inner work.

Both hypnosis and meditation involve a relaxed, focused state of awareness, but they serve different purposes. In a regression session, I use hypnosis to guide you to a particular destination, whether that is a past life, the space between lives, or the root cause of a current challenge.

That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. I will always discuss your goals with you during our initial conversation so we can determine what feels right for your unique path.
