Your soul is a large, advanced energy field, and the human body can only hold a small part of that intensity. So when you are in the womb, typically somewhere between three and six months of pregnancy, only a small percentage of your soul's energy connects with the developing body to form your human personality. The rest stays in the non physical realm as your Higher Self, watching over you with a broad, protective perspective for your whole lifetime. That is why, in my framework, you can reach your Higher Self so readily in hypnosis. It is the larger part of you, and it has been there all along, before the body and beyond it.

A past life contract, vow or promise is an absolute decision your soul makes during a difficult lifetime, often using powerful words like always or never. If you do not specify for the rest of this life when you make the vow, the promise bridges across lifetimes on a soul level. For example, a soul devastated by losing a partner might vow, I will never get close to anyone ever again. That contract carries over, and you may find yourself unconsciously sabotaging relationships in your current life without knowing why. During the past life review at the end of a session we identify the contract, look at it with fresh eyes and cancel it. My clients often recognize the vow the moment they hear themselves say it.

No, please come to your session sober. Psychedelic plants such as mushrooms, psilocybin or ayahuasca are used by some people in other settings, and for a regression session they are unnecessary and I discourage them. Hypnosis on its own reaches the deep Theta brainwave state, and coming in clear gives you an authentic, stable state of focused relaxation. I have had clients who insisted on using plant medicine during a session, and as the substance wore off they became exhausted, struggled to focus or wanted to stop early. A sober session also means you can integrate what you learn afterward with a clear head. Everything you are looking for is available to you through hypnosis alone.

Your spirit guides are loving, non physical beings who watch over you and help you from the spirit world. When a guide or a whole spirit team steps forward during a past life regression or quantum healing hypnosis session, one of the first things I ask is for a specific name, because a name gives you a clearer connection to hold onto. Sometimes a guide offers a simple nickname to get started, and sometimes they confirm they are happy with whatever name you already use for them in meditation. Either way, you leave the session with a recognizable relationship you can keep building. That makes it much easier to reach out to them on your own in the self hypnosis exercises you take home.

We come to Earth to experience specific challenges and learn crucial soul lessons, and before you incarnate you make pre birth agreements with other members of your soul group to help you grow. If you need to learn a difficult lesson like forgiveness, you might recruit a close, loving soul friend to play a negative role in your life, being mean to you or acting as an antagonist. Who would agree to that? Only someone who loves you very much. Recognizing these pre birth soul contracts in a session helps you shift your perspective. My clients often find they can release anger and view their difficult relationships with deep love and compassion once they see the agreement underneath.
