A Past Life Regression focuses on exploring a specific previous incarnation. A Life Between Lives session goes further. Is Past Life Regression safe?

Will I remember what happens during the session?

Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.
