A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through. I recommend keeping your schedule clear for the rest of the day so you can ease back in gently.

Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. I will always discuss your goals with you during our initial conversation so we can determine what feels right for your unique path.

It is natural to wonder about this. While some past life memories can involve challenging themes, you always experience them from a place of safety and perspective. You are the observer as well as the participant. I am with you throughout the entire session, and we can always adjust the experience if something feels overwhelming. This distinction matters more than many people realize.
