Yes. In my experience past lives are not limited to Earth or to human form. I have had clients regress to lifetimes on other planets. One recalled a world with two blue suns in the sky, blue skin and exceptionally long hands and fingers. I have also guided clients through lifetimes as other species, including one who experienced being an S shaped fish with no eyes and no way to speak. In these off planet or non human lifetimes the soul is going through unique experiences designed for accelerated growth before it chooses to incarnate on Earth. If your session takes you somewhere unexpected, let it. Those are often the lifetimes with the most to teach you.

A soul pod or soul family is a close group of spiritual beings who incarnate together repeatedly, swapping roles as parent, child, friend or rival to help each other grow. One thing I have noticed in sessions is that parent and child relationships do not always come from the same immediate soul cluster. Children often originate from sister clusters, so a child can be deeply connected to you and still belong to a neighboring group. Many people are surprised to learn which friend or rival has been traveling with them lifetime after lifetime.

Yes. I work with nicotine and behavioral habits regularly. In my experience the physical part of a nicotine habit passes within three to five days. The real hold is the program between your ears, the one that links the habit to specific anchors, like reaching for a vape the moment the phone rings. Hypnosis lets us step past the conscious mind and find the emotional trigger, or sometimes a past life contract, that has you reaching for it in the first place. When that original emotional seed is cleared, the craving tends to lose its grip, and I replace the old anchors with healthy ones before we finish. One example I see often is a soul recruiting a close friend from its own soul group to play a difficult role in this life, maybe acting mean or standing in as an antagonist, specifically so you can learn something vital like forgiveness. During the past life review in your session I help you spot these agreements, and in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your higher self about them directly. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.

No, I do not read from a script. There is a term, Scripnosis, for a hypnotherapist reading a generic pre written script word for word to a client. I avoid that approach because a canned script cannot respond to your unique personal issues and what your subconscious needs in the moment. My sessions are interactive and client centered. I listen closely to your words while you are in trance and create custom suggestions in real time based on what you say. That is also how I teach my students to work. The result is a session tailored to you, shaped by your own language and your own experience rather than a page of text written for someone else.
