Yes. In my experience past lives are not limited to Earth or to human form. I have had clients regress to lifetimes on other planets. One recalled a world with two blue suns in the sky, blue skin and exceptionally long hands and fingers. I have also guided clients through lifetimes as other species, including one who experienced being an S shaped fish with no eyes and no way to speak. In these off planet or non human lifetimes the soul is going through unique experiences designed for accelerated growth before it chooses to incarnate on Earth.
