This was my first experience with hypnosis and past life regression; I wasn't sure what to expect but I had hope that this would help me understand who I am and some of the events that have occurred in my 62 years of living. Mark spent a lot of time laying the groundwork and preparing me for a very relaxing experience. The time went by so fast, before I knew it 4 hours which seemed like 2 had passed by and I kept thinking I want it to continue. Mark first had me relax and brought me to happy childhood memories, then we went back to my mother's womb. It was vague for me, yet I felt a strong feeling of love and bonding from my mother. In the past life I could recall and sense feelings, smells, even had a sense of taste in the moment. After the experience I was even more curious and started to realize things that I wasn't aware of during the session. Mark is very good at what he does and will make sure to give you his time and energy to help you through your journey and to help you understand your questions. I am very grateful for this opportunity.

Mark truly has a gift! I wasn't sure what to expect but before we even got started he explained everything. We talked and built a trust that he was the right person to guide me. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I went in for a past life and my soul came forward and wanted to be heard. There were questions I had and areas that I needed clarity and honestly I needed the experience. I needed to know that it's not all in my head and there is so much more to learn! I recently had a session with Mark for Past Life Regression and while I am still processing the information I received, I can report that the experience had a profound effect on me. After spending a considerable amount of time educating me on the process and learning about my expectations for the session, Mark was able to take me into an incredibly relaxed hypnotic state very quickly and with ease. After recalling pleasant childhood memories from this lifetime, we visited two of past lives where I was able to gain insight into the possible influences from those lifetimes that have impacted my current lifetime. Mark also helped me identify my guides and connect specifically with one guide that I am now able to comfortably connect with anytime. During the session, Mark helped me release recurring feelings of guilt and shame that I believe carried over from a past life, as well as emotions that may be the root cause of recurring physical pain from migraines. Past Life Regression Training - Mark V. Johnson is an expert at hypnosis training at the highest levels, such as past-life regression and Life Between Lives. I felt confident with his credentials at the Michael Newton Institute, and was rewarded with an amazing 6 day training with a very special group of fellow students and new friends. Mark provides all the support, guidance, materials, and help that anyone could possibly need to become proficient at their training goals and is easy to work with. The zoom format lost nothing in transmission and makes it much more convenient than traveling to and from another location. I feel I got all I wanted and then some from it all. Highly recommended.
