It's been a few months since my past life regression session & I have been profoundly touched by the assistance given. Many things that I felt were confirmed. I have used many tools in my grief therapy and this one was such a lamp. I am now preparing for a second session(it is very overwhelming in my opinion and mentally freeing but exhausting at the same time)to continue on my healing journey and I truly consider it an educational investment. It's one of those things that once you have knowledge can't be taken away from you. Highly recommend. I prepared prior to my first session by simple audio meditation so that I would be familiar and comfortable with the process but I really felt like Mark walks you through it all so it's not a necessity.

I did a Past Life Regression with Mark. I purposely waited a few weeks to allow the good things that happened in my session to integrate and others to come forward. I became a Christian at an early age, so reincarnation was not part of my life. Through my awakening, I knew that a PLR was something that I needed to break free and continue my spiritual journey. I always had a fear of water and never chose to swim. I avoided water or stayed in the very shallow end. Seeing movies or pictures of a person submerged was frightening so I would avoid that as well. During my PLR, Mark helped me to go back in my past life where I had drowned. It was not the only time that I had drown in a past life, but it was the first instance. Mark helped me walk through processing the whole event from the past life and into my current life. I have had such a remarkable change in the underlying element of fear that had always been close to the surface. This was my first experience with hypnosis and past life regression; I wasn't sure what to expect but I had hope that this would help me understand who I am and some of the events that have occurred in my 62 years of living. Mark spent a lot of time laying the groundwork and preparing me for a very relaxing experience. The time went by so fast, before I knew it 4 hours which seemed like 2 had passed by and I kept thinking I want it to continue. Mark first had me relax and brought me to happy childhood memories, then we went back to my mother's womb. It was vague for me, yet I felt a strong feeling of love and bonding from my mother. In the past life I could recall and sense feelings, smells, even had a sense of taste in the moment. After the experience I was even more curious and started to realize things that I wasn't aware of during the session. Mark is very good at what he does and will make sure to give you his time and energy to help you through your journey and to help you understand your questions. I've experienced Past Life Regression via hypnosis in the past (both group and individual), but the session I had with Mark was decidedly different. Unlike those previous appointments, Mark set aside plenty of time to talk with me about what I hoped to accomplish and explain the hypnosis process in general. Because of the current shelter-in-place ordinance, we agreed to meet via Zoom. I had my doubts about conducting the session online, but I found that being able to relax in my own home actually enhanced the experience and put me completely at ease. If you're considering Past Life Regression or hypnosis in general, I would highly recommend making an appointment with Mark. His extensive knowledge, caring personality, and years of experience put him head and shoulders above anyone else.
