Do you review the session with me afterward?

Yes, and the review starts before you even come out of hypnosis. Immediately after you cross over at the end of the past life, I conduct a thorough past life review while you are still in a relaxed state. That is where you identify any physical carryovers, clear old soul vows and process the lessons. After you wake we complete a debriefing talk to go over what was uncovered. I record every session and deliver an audio copy to you. My suggestion is to listen to the recording with a notebook in hand, because there is typically more in it than you remember, and writing it down is how the insights integrate into your life.

Can my spouse sit in on my session?

Sessions are private and one on one, so you will be alone in a quiet room for the duration. Here is why. Having another person in the room creates an energetic distraction. Clients unconsciously worry about their partner's reactions, feel vulnerable or hold back their true feelings, and a deep, focused Theta trance needs you fully present with your own experience. I ask for a space free of two legged or four legged distractions. The good news is that the session is recorded, so you can share every bit of it with your spouse or family afterward, and many of my clients do exactly that. They get the full story, and you get the depth that comes from privacy.

How does the soul connect with the body in the womb?

Your soul is a large, advanced energy field, and the human body can only hold a small part of that intensity. So when you are in the womb, typically somewhere between three and six months of pregnancy, only a small percentage of your soul's energy connects with the developing body to form your human personality. The rest stays in the non physical realm as your Higher Self, watching over you with a broad, protective perspective for your whole lifetime. That is why, in my framework, you can reach your Higher Self so readily in hypnosis. It is the larger part of you, and it has been there all along, before the body and beyond it.

Why do I feel stuck during a spiritual awakening?

Feeling stuck or disjointed during a spiritual awakening usually means your old identity is shifting and you are starting to perceive reality beyond the physical, and the ground moves under you for a while. In a Quantum Healing session we connect with your Higher Self or your spirit guides and ask directly. What comes back are clear, actionable downloads that explain why these transitional obstacles are showing up and what your purpose is as you move forward. Once you understand what the awakening is doing, my clients typically find the anxiety eases, the old energies are easier to release, and they can step into a more integrated version of themselves rather than sitting in the in between.

Who are my spirit guides and what are their names?

Your spirit guides are loving, non physical beings who watch over you and help you from the spirit world. When a guide or a whole spirit team steps forward during a past life regression or quantum healing session, one of the first things I ask is for a specific name, because a name gives you a clearer connection to hold onto. Sometimes a guide offers a simple nickname to get started, and sometimes they confirm they are happy with whatever name you already use for them in meditation. Either way, you leave the session with a recognizable relationship you can keep building. That makes it much easier to reach out to them on your own in the self hypnosis exercises you take home.

Why do I keep dreaming about fighting or combat?

Recurring dreams of combat or fighting are often your subconscious trying to process unhealed past life trauma, or a parallel lifetime, while you sleep. Sometimes that spills over into intense physical sensations or waking up exhausted. In hypnosis we can go into those recurring dream scenes safely, locate their original source, understand what they are trying to tell you and find emotional closure. Once the subconscious has done that work, it tends to let go of the protective loop it has been running at night. Clients who came to me with dreams like this often tell me their sleep became peaceful again. Your dreams are trying to get your attention. A session gives them somewhere to be heard.
